Als Insider sehe ich vor allem ein gravierendes Problem - allerdings in nächster Zukunft keine Lösung:
Schule wird von den verantwortlichen Politikern viel zu kurzfristig gedacht, in der Regel über einen Entwicklungszeitraum von einer Legislaturperiode.
Als ADSler und ausgesprochen aktiver Jäger auf meinem Fachgebiet als Pädagoge für Verhaltensgestörte erlebe ich täglich, dass aus ganz offensichtlich finanziellen Gründen das pädagogische Feld abseits des mainstreams nur soweit gesehen wird, wie es die Lobbyarbeit einiger Enthusiasten erzwingt.
Ein Lehrer vor einer Klasse mit über zwanzig Schülern hat nun mal in den seltensten Fällen einen Nerv, sich einem Jäger in Hartmanns Sinne als Couch oder Mentor anzubieten.
Ich bin mir sicher (und einzelne wiss. Feldversuche bestätigen meine Ansicht), dass ein
finanzielles Mehr auf diesem Feld ein Vielfaches an sozialen Folgekosten einsparen würde.
